Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Wednesday Pier Farmers Market. Joining us is easy to do!
Here is what we need:
Completed vendor application
Signed background release form
Signed Hold Harmless Agreement (page 6 of the operating procedures)
Provide 3 pictures of your wares and 1 picture of your booth setup
$30 application fee by check or money order made payable to the Wednesday Pier Farmers Market. $32 application fee if paying online.
If you are an existing vendor operating in St. Johns County, provide a copy of your business tax receipt and local or state licenses required for your specific business.
New vendors who do not have a St. Johns County tax receipt may wait until they are accepted into the market to obtain one.
Bring the above items to the market managers at the market information tent during business hours. Once your application is processed and approved, you will receive an email requesting copies of your state and local licenses (if you have not already provided them) required for your specific business. These can be emailed or delivered by hand to the market managers during business hours.
You can also apply by mail. Send in the required documents along with $30 application fee to:
